Terms of service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Conclusion of contract

The offer in our shop constitutes a non-binding invitation. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon the order confirmation by email or the shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• TWINT
• Other methods shown at checkout

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland and internationally. The available delivery destinations and the respective shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery within Switzerland takes 1–2 business days with Priority and 2–4 business days with Economy; international deliveries may take longer.

For pre-orders, the goods are shipped after the product has been released. The expected delivery date is stated on each product.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods. You can find further details in our return policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations, CO) apply. In the event of defects, please contact us within 2 years of receiving the goods.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zollikon, Switzerland.

9. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Pre-orders

1. Pre-orders are sold before the official release date. The purchase price is due immediately when the order is placed. Pre-orders are binding; cancellation by the customer is excluded.

2. Stated delivery dates are estimates based on information from the supplier. Delays do not give rise to any claim for damages or other compensation.

3. Delivery is subject to availability from the supplier. If Reymond TCG is unable to deliver a pre-order item, or can only deliver it in part, the amount concerned will be refunded in full.

4. Further claims by the customer – in particular claims for damages due to non-delivery or delay – are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. If an order contains both pre-order items and items available immediately, all items will be shipped together as soon as the pre-order item is available. For separate delivery, items available immediately must be placed in a separate order.

6. In all other respects, the general terms and conditions of Reymond TCG apply.
